RJT Window Cleaning is a small, family-run business, led by Rowan and Chloe Tully, that began providing residential window cleaning services in Whitstable in 2009. Since then, the business has grown steadily, building a reputation for excellent customer service, reliability and quality workmanship.

Our skilled technical team now provide window cleaning and exterior cleaning services in Whitstable, Herne Bay, Canterbury, Faversham, Boughton-under-Blean, Chartham and surrounding areas.

Our History

Rowan started cleaning windows in 2001 at the age of 19. His experience covers a range of window cleaning techniques and access arrangements. Starting in a specialist company using cherry pickers and rope access (abseiling), along with water-fed pole systems, he cleaned windows for commercial contracts. He went on to work with a traditional window cleaner for two years, learning the art of cleaning residential windows by hand.

In 2009, Rowan and Chloe moved to Kent and Rowan started RJT Window Cleaning, knocking doors in Whitstable, initially in the cold and snow of that winter, to drum up business. It took more than 2 years to build a full-time round, and the business has grown steadily ever since. Chloe’s involvement became key from around 2012 and has increased as the business has grown and taken on more staff. In 2025, Rowan’s Mum, Lynn, joined the team as Policy & Compliance Manager.

We initially focused on providing traditional internal and external window cleaning services in Whitstable. Over time we have expanded our service area in north Kent as well as our service offerings, which now include:
